Summary
Requires the DOE to maintain a list of herbicides approved for procurement. Prohibits the procurement of herbicides containing glyphosate. Prohibits the use of herbicides on school campuses without the approval of the head of the Auxiliary Services Branch. Effective July 1, 2022.
