Summary
Provides that the Department of Health may establish quality assurance committees for the purpose of monitoring, improving, and evaluating patient care within the statewide trauma care systems and that the proceedings of these quality assurance committees established by the Department of Health will not be subject to various disclosure laws. (HB2575 CD1)
