Summary

Requires contractors that build new one- and two-family dwellings to provide buyers with written information on the benefits of a residential fire sprinkler system. Requires builders to provide buyers with a written cost estimate on the costs associated with installing and maintaining the sprinkler system. Establishes violations for wilful violation of the law. (HB295 HD1)
