Summary
Requires the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, in consultation with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, American Conference of Governmental Industry Hygienists, Department of Health and the Interagency Task Force on Vog, to establish standards to promote worker safety during high incidences of vog or sulfur dioxide.
