Summary

Requires the departments of the attorney general and human services to convene a working group to examine issues related to allowing child support payments to pass through to recipients of temporary assistance for needy families program funds and submit a joint report to the 2025 legislature. Dissolves the working group on 6/30/2025. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD2)
