Summary
Prohibits any patient involuntarily admitted to a public psychiatric facility and who is accused of committing or attempting to commit a violent crime from personally attending any educational courses outside the psychiatric facility. Allows the patient to take online or correspondence courses only if the patient pays for all of the expenses involved.
