Summary
Amends the amount of state fund appropriations for capital improvement construction costs earmarked for the Works of Art Special Fund (Special Fund) from one percent to an unspecified percentage. Allows an unspecified percentage of the Special Fund to be used for capital improvement projects, the purchase of facilities, and repair and maintenance of facilities dedicated to culture and the arts.
