Requesting the Department of Transportation to work with the Department of Transportation Services of the City and County of Honolulu to expedite work on the Department of Transportation's H-1 Corridor Study and complete the study by June 2016, in order to develop recommendations to address the Aiea-Red Hill-Moanalua-Salt Lake congestion and to enable timely funding of critically needed projects.
