Summary
Requires the elections commission to hold a public meeting in a specific location if the agenda item relates to that location in the State; provide for public comment after the conclusion of the elections commission's meeting agenda, but prior to voting on any agenda item, except for voting on ministerial matters; and maintain records of complaints and investigations and to submit an annual report to the legislature prior to the convening of each regular session.
