Summary
Authorizes Haleakala National Park special license plates and provides that any owner of a passenger motor vehicle, who is a resident of the State, upon application, may be issued a Haleakala National Park special license plate for the owner's passenger motor vehicle to observe the importance of Haleakala National Park in Hawaii.
