Summary

Establishes the Hawaii Economic Development District Planning Organization and governing board within the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism. Designates the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development to organize the Hawaii Economic Development District Planning Organization. Establishes full-time equivalent temporary, exempt positions. Makes an appropriation. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD2)
