Summary

Requires and appropriates funds for the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, in collaboration with the Department of Health, to establish and implement a 5-year Fitness to Proceed Pilot Program. Requires an interim report and final report to the Legislature. Effective 7/1/2077. (SD1)
