Summary
Specifies that a person convicted of being involved in an accident involving death or serious bodily injury shall have the person's license revoked for ten years. Increases the penalty for a driver who is convicted of being involved in an accident (involving substantial bodily injury, bodily injury, and damage to a vehicle or property) and who failed to stop at the scene of the accident. Makes failure to stop a petty misdemeanor for a driver who is involved in an accident involving damage to vehicle or property.
