Summary

Housekeeping measure that provides that candidates are not required to file preliminary general reports if they are either unsuccessful or are elected to office in the primary election. Amends subsections (b) and (c) of section 11-339, HRS, to make them consistent with subsection (a) by aggregating contributions and expenditures in determining whether a committee need only file the final election period report.
