Summary
Removes marijuana from Schedule 1 of the uniform controlled substances act and reclassifies it as a Schedule V drug. Increases the amount that qualifies as a violation of promoting a detrimental drug in the third degree from three grams to ten grams. Takes effect 8/26/2050. (SD1)
