Summary
Extends to June 30, 2016, University of Hawaii's (UH) authority regarding: (1) Supervision of accounts; (2) Installation of a different accounting system; (3) Business and accounting forms; and (4) Approval of assignments of moneys to creditors. Authorizes the comptroller to request, until June 30, 2016, that UH provide information required for the preparation of income and expenditure statements. Requires UH to report to the comptroller on moneys held outside the state treasury by UH until June 30, 2016. (CD1)
