Summary

Requires contracts entered into by the Hawaii Tourism Authority for management of the Hawaii Convention Center facility to include marketing for all uses of the facility. Amends the frequency with which the Hawaii Tourism Authority is required to submit a report of contracts and agreements it enters into. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
