Summary

Requires the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to adopt minimum appliance efficiency standards for air purifiers, portable air conditioners, residential ventilating fans, portable electric spas, and uninterruptable power supplies sold or installed in the State that are substantially equivalent to existing appliance efficiency standards established by various states and the federal government.
