Summary

Sets the maximum fee for a verification of a certificate issued, in lieu of a certified copy, of a vital statistic record at one half of the fee established for the first certified copy of that certificate. Allows money in the Vital Statistics Improvement Special Fund to be used to assist in offsetting the cost of daily operations of the system of vital statistics. Effective July 1, 2010. (SB2611 HD2)
