Summary

Requires medicaid and insurance coverage of ambulance services. Authorizes medicaid programs, and requires private insurers, to pay for community paramedicine services provided by emergency medical technicians or paramedics. Appropriates moneys for costs resulting from medicaid coverage of ambulance service and community paramedicine services provided by emergency medical technicians or paramedics. Requires the Auditor to submit a report to the Legislature. Section 7 effective 7/1/2022. (SD1)
