Summary

Clarifies that churches granted an exemption under section 441-22.1, Hawaii Revised Statutes, are exempt from all requirements of chapter 441, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and that other exempted entities shall comply with any provision of this chapter upon order of the director of commerce and consumer affairs. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
