Summary

Requires the Department of Accounting and General Services to develop or license cloud-based software for use by each state department or agency to track the status of its capital improvement projects and provide training for the software. Requires each department or agency to use the software to track the status of its capital improvement projects. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Makes an appropriation. Takes effect 7/1/2050. (SD1)
