Summary

Restores the Hawaii child welfare education collaboration between the Department of Human Services and the University of Hawaii Myron B. Thompson School of Social Work to assist with the recruitment and training of graduate students for positions with the child welfare service branch. Effective July 1, 2050. (SB3034 HD1)
