Beginning on 7/1/2024, requires that the state supplemental payment for type 1 adult residential care homes, licensed developmental disabilities domiciliary homes, community care foster family homes, and certified adult foster homes not exceed $767. Beginning on 7/1/2024, requires the state supplemental payment for type II adult residential care homes not exceed $875. Beginning on 7/1/2024, requires that the state supplemental payment for adult day care centers and adult day health centers not exceed $63.06 and $87.21 per diem, respectively. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Makes appropriations.
