Summary

Authorizes department of education teachers to instruct vocation, technical, or career pathway classes without possessing an applicable bachelor's degree. Expands the sources of moneys that may be deposited into the private trade, vocational, and technical school special fund, and the purposes for which the fund may be used. Appropriates moneys.
