Summary

Establishes the Aquaculture Development Branch within the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism. Transfers the rights, powers, functions, duties, employees, and other capital of the Aquaculture and Livestock Services Branch of the Department of Agriculture to the new Aquaculture Development Branch. Makes appropriations.
