A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

making an appropriation for an outpatient center.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 


     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $1,000,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of health; provided that the funds shall be used to assist Hawaii Pacific Health in the financing of construction of a family medicine office practice and team-based training site at the Pali Momi outpatient center.

     The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of health for the purposes of this Act.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2018.
