A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to public safety.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $ or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015-2016 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2016-2017 for a grant-in-aid to purchase hydrogen burn props for each county to use in first responder hydrogen fire training. The sums appropriated shall be expended by the appropriate agency of each of the following counties in the allocated amounts listed below, for the purpose of this Act:
2015-2016 2016-2017
County of Hawaii $ $
County of Kauai $ $
County of Maui $ $
City and County of Honolulu $ $
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2015.
