STATE OF HAWAII

A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

RELATING TO TAX CONFORMITY.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 

     SECTION 1.  The State shall conform to those provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, Public Law 116-260, relating to taxable income and deductible expenses.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.

Description:

Requires the State to conform to those provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 relating to taxable income and deductible expenses.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)
