A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO EDUCATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 155, Session Laws of Hawaii 2013, is repealed.
SECTION 2. Act 115, Session Laws of Hawaii 2015, is repealed.
SECTION 3. This Act does not affect rights and duties that matured, penalties that were incurred, proceedings that were begun, and leases that were entered into before its effective date.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval, provided that section 302A-1148, Hawaii Revised Statutes, shall be reenacted in the form in which it read on June 30, 2013.
