relating to the transfer of land.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

provided that, upon the governor's issuance of a proclamation declaring the completion of cleanup efforts in West Maui resulting from the series of wildfires that impacted the island of Maui in August 2023, the department of accounting and general services shall convey the fee simple interest in each parcel identified herein to the appropriate state agency that held fee simple interest to that parcel prior to the effective date of this Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
