A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION to w.h. shipman for traffic modifications in the shipman business park.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 


     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $           or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2017-2018 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2018-2019 as a grant-in-aid to W.H. Shipman, Ltd., to make traffic modifications in the Shipman Business Park on the island of Hawaii, as follows:

     (1)  Plans                   $          

     (2)  Traffic lights          $          .

     The sums appropriated shall be expended by the department of transportation for the purposes of this Act.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2017.
