REPEAL.
2011
Iowa
Acts,
chapter

sections

are
repealed.

EFFECTIVE
UPON
ENACTMENT.

Act,
being
deemed
of

importance,
takes
effect
upon
enactment.

RETROACTIVE
APPLICABILITY.
This
Act
applies

retroactively
to
October
24,
2011.

EXPLANATION

This
bill
repeals
the
moratorium
on
regular

health
care
facility
inspections.
