WAIVER
MAXIMUM.
The
department
of
human
services
shall

eliminate
the
monthly
budget
maximum
or
cap
for
individuals
3
eligible
for
the
Medicaid
home
and
community-based
services
4
brain
injury
waiver.
The
department
shall
track
the
average
5
amount
expended
per
waiver
recipient
each
fiscal
year
beginning
6
July
1,
2019,
and
shall
report
the
information
annually
to
the
7
governor
and
the
general
assembly
by
October
1.

inclusion

this

does

This
bill
requires
the
department
of
human
services
(DHS)
