as

unit
of
health
education
which
shall
include

personal
health;
food
and
nutrition;
environmental
health;

safety
and
survival
skills;
consumer
health;
family
life;

age-appropriate
and
research-based
human
growth
and
6
development
,
including
instruction
regarding
inclusive
human
7
sexuality
and
the
importance
and
effectiveness
of
contraceptive
8
methods,
including
condoms,
contraceptive
implants,
and
9
intrauterine
devices
;
substance
abuse
and
nonuse;
emotional
and
10
social
health;
health
resources;
and
prevention
and
control
11
of
disease,
including
age-appropriate
and
research-based
12
information
regarding
sexually
transmitted
diseases,
including
13
HPV
and
the
availability
of
a
vaccine
to
prevent
HPV,
and
14
acquired
immune
deficiency
syndrome.

bill
relates

human
sexuality
and
