The
department
of
health
and
human
services

shall
adopt
rules
pursuant
to
chapter
17A
to
require
that
state

child
care
assistance
program
payments
be
made
to
a
child
care

provider
for
the
time
a
child
is
regularly
scheduled
to
receive
5
child
care
at
a
child
care
facility
regardless
of
whether
6
the
child
is
in
attendance
on
those
regularly
scheduled
days
7
provided
that
the
child
care
provider
would
charge
a
private
8
individual
for
the
scheduled
child
care.

The

this

This
bill
relates
to
child
care
assistance
payments
for

bill
directs
the
department
of
health
and
human
services

amend
its
rules
to
require
that
state
child
care
assistance

program
payments
be
made
to
a
child
care
provider
for
the

time
a
child
is
regularly
scheduled
to
receive
child
care
at

a
child
care
facility
regardless
of
whether
the
child
is
in
20
attendance
during
those
regularly
scheduled
days
provided
that

the
child
care
provider
would
charge
a
private
individual
for

the
scheduled
child
care.
