funding

recipients

funding

the
purpose
of
developing

providing

evidence-based
practices
and
emergency
services
to
adults
with

serious
mental
illness
and
children
with
a
serious
emotional

disturbance.
The
distribution
amounts
shall
be
announced

federal

Recipients

share

funds.

funds
shall
be

basis
of

poverty-level
population
in
the

area
represented
by
the
community
action
areas
compared
to
the

size
of
the
poverty-level
population
in
the
state.

An
amount
not
exceeding

percent
of
the
funds

appropriated

subsection

for

federal

shall

the
division
of

action
agencies

governor
determines
that

not
be
sufficient
to
accomplish
the
purposes

of
a
particular
program,
or
if
the
appropriation
is
not

allocated
by
percentage,
the
governor

allocate

funds
in

manner
