violations.
For
trespasses
punishable
under

716.8,
subsection

or

,
the
scheduled
fine
is
two

hundred
sixty
five
hundred
dollars
for
a
first
violation,
six

hundred
forty-five
one
thousand
dollars
for
a
second
violation,
6
and
one
thousand
two
hundred
eighty-five
five
hundred
dollars
7
for
a
third
or
subsequent
violation.

does

This
bill
relates
to
certain
trespassing
violations
and

associated
scheduled
fines.

The
bill
increases
fines
for
a
person
knowingly
trespassing

upon
the
property
of
another,
or
who
commits
a
trespass
while
15
hunting
deer.
The
bill
provides
that
the
scheduled
fine
is
16
$500
for
a
first
violation,
$1,000
for
a
second
violation,
and
17
$1,500
for
a
third
or
subsequent
violation.
