adding
the

paragraph:

the
administration
of

vaccinations
and
the
utilization
of
statewide

protocols
pursuant
to
section

nurse
licensed
pursuant
to
chapter

or

shall
be
authorized
to
assist
in
the
administration

the
utilization
of
statewide

protocols,
pursuant
to
a
pharmacist’s
order
and
consistent
with

the
practice
of
the
profession
of
a
registered
nurse
as
defined

in
section
152.1,
without
obtaining
a
registration
from
the

board.

obtaining
a
registration
from
the
board
of
pharmacy.
