IT
ENACTED
BY
THE
GENERAL
ASSEMBLY
OF
THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:
Section
1.
NEW
SECTION
.
489.14801
Uniformity
of
application
and
construction.
In
applying
and
construing
this
article,
consideration
shall
be
given
to
the
need
to
promote
uniformity
of
the
law
with
respect
to
its
subject
matter
among
states
that
enact
the
uniform
protected
series
Act
as
approved
and
recommended
by
the
national
conference
of
commissioners
on
uniform
state
laws.
