that
is
submitted
to

the
public
employment
relations
board
as
provided
in
sections

the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
amends
Code
section
22.7,
concerning
confidential

public
records,
to
provide
that
evidence
submitted
to
the
12
public
employment
relations
board
of
public
employee
support
13
for
the
certification
or
decertification
of
an
employee
14
organization
is
considered
a
confidential
public
record.
