Summary

Amends existing law to revise the fiscal year 2012 appropriation to the State Board of Education and the Board of Regents of the University of Idaho for the Health Education Programs; appropriates $10,925,200 to the State Board of Education and Board of Regents of the University of Idaho for the Health Education Programs for fiscal year 2013; limits the number of full-time equivalent positions to 20.5; provides guidance for employee compensation and benefits; and provides non-General Fund reappropriation authority.
