Summary
Appropriates $142,736,300 to the divisions of Service Integration, Welfare, and Medically Indigent Administration within the Department of Health and Welfare for fiscal year 2013; limits the number of authorized full-time equivalent positions to 628.81 for those three divisions; provides legislative intent; and provides guidance for employee compensation and benefits.
