Bill Title: Appropriates $22,614,500 to the Division of Public Works for the Permanent Building Fund for fiscal year 2013; authorizes and directs the allocation of funds for the various projects specified; provides legislative intent relating to utilization of matching funds; exempts the appropriation from the provisions of Chapter 36, Title 67, Idaho Code, and from the provisions of section 67-3516, Idaho Code; authorizes the use of tax anticipation notes; and provides legislative intent relating to the reallocation of project savings.
