AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2188 on page 43,
line 20, by replacing "settled" with "resolved"; and
on page 44, line 8, by replacing "settled" with "resolved";
and
on page 44, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the following:
"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect October
1, 2023.".
