AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2515
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2515, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
5, on page 1, line 5, by replacing "Freedom of Information Act"
with "Unified Code of Corrections"; and
by deleting line 6 on page 1 through line 4 on page 7; and
on page 34, line 15, by replacing "Victim" with "In accordance
with Section 35 of the Open Parole Hearings Act, victim"; and
on page 34, by replacing line 17 with the following:
"shall not be considered public documents under the provisions
of the Freedom of"; and
on page 37, line 16, by inserting "and subject to the
provisions of Section 3-3-9 of this Code", after "Section".
