AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2801
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2801 on page 1, line
12, after the period, by inserting the following:
"In the case of compressed natural gas used as motor fuel,
"gallon" means a gasoline gallon equivalent as defined in
Section 1.8B of this Act."; and
on page 2, by replacing lines 20 through 22 with the following:
"be 19 cents per gallon."; and
on page 21, by replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following:
"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
2017.".
