AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3071
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3071 on page 2,
line 10, by replacing "is not" with "shall not be"; and
on page 9, line 12, by replacing "performance" with
"performance"; and
on page 10, by replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following:
"students" group for the percentage of students deemed
proficient in English/language arts and mathematics combined,
and demonstrates a lack of progress as defined by the State
Board of Education;"; and
on page 128, by replacing lines 7 and 8 with the following:
"Health Care Action Plan, allergy emergency action plan
Illinois Food Allergy Emergency Action Plan and Treatment
Authorization Form, plan pursuant to".
