AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3773
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3773, AS AMENDED,
in Section 5, Sec. 2-101, subsection (M), by replacing
"analyzing a person's behavior or characteristics" with
"predicting outcomes"; and
in Section 5, Sec. 2-102, subdivision (L), paragraph (1), by
replacing "An employer that uses predictive data analytics in
its employment decisions may not consider" with "When using
predictive data analytics to make employment decisions, an
employer may not consider, as part of the predictive data
analytics tool,"; and
