1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4163 | ||||||
2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4163 as follows:

3 | by deleting line 4 on page 1 through line 22 on page 11; and
| ||||||
4 | on page 11, line 23, by replacing "Section 10." with "Section | ||||||
5 | 5."; and
| ||||||
6 | on page 36, immediately below line 18, by inserting the | ||||||
7 | following: | ||||||
8 | " (i) If a defendant who is ordered to pay child support | ||||||
9 | under this Section is incarcerated and unable to pay the | ||||||
10 | required support, the defendant shall have up to one year | ||||||
11 | after release from incarceration to begin payment, including | ||||||
12 | entering a payment plan to address any arrearage. If a | ||||||
13 | defendant's child support payments are set to terminate, but | ||||||
14 | the defendant's obligation is not paid in full, the child | ||||||
15 | support payments shall continue until the entire arrearage is |
